Weights:  The above rates are applicable for shipments under 10kg (20kg for pre 10am). An additional charge of £0.58 per kilo will be made for shipments over 10kg. For Next Day it is £0.29/kg.

Please note: Network Testers operates between Monday to Friday (8.45pm to 5.30pm). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the following working day. Extra charges are sometimes incurred due to geographical location where appropriate. For next working day delivery orders must be received by 5pm.

DPD local are used as our courier service for all UK mainland deliveries. Orders can easily be tracked at  https://www.dpdlocal.co.uk/  using the consignment number provided in your order confirmation. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service team on 01403 754233 to track your order.

Northern Ireland – Will need to be quoted via DHL and customs information will be required including VAT and EORI numbers.

Isle of Wight - Maximum of 30kg per parcel and 1m in length - £12.50 per consignment up to 10kg and £0.84p per additional kg. Transit times – 2-3 days (can sometimes be next day though).

Scilly Isles - Maximum of 30kg per parcel and 1m in length - £18.70 per consignment up to 10kg and £0.87p per additional kg. Transit times 2-3 days.

Republic of Ireland - Will need to be quoted via DHL and customs information will be required including VAT and EORI numbers.

International Shipments
For shipments to international destinations please contact our customer services by email customerservices@networkscentre.com or 01403 754233 to discuss. We do not offer online purchases for international shipments.

Free Click & Collect service
Network Testers offers a Collection service from our Ashington, West Sussex warehouse which enables local customers to avoid courier costs. To organise a pickup, select the ‘Click & Collect’ option during checkout. A Customer Service representative will be in touch to confirm details.

Deliveries can take 1-3 working days' dependant on the specification and destination. Cabinet deliveries can only be made to ground floor. Timed deliveries will need to be agreed with our Accounts team and may not be possible.

Damaged Goods Policy

Returns

networktesters.co.uk we like to ensure that our customers are happy with our products and service. Our returns policy complies with our standard operating procedures. Goods ordered that are not fit for purpose must be returned to networktesters.co.uk within 7 days upon receiving the goods. A returns note will be issued via email and a Customer Service representative will be in touch. The following conditions of a return must be: 

  • All items must be received in the original or same condition as sent with all accessories intact
  • All bespoke items are non-refundable unless goods are deemed faulty and not fit for purpose
  • Consignment packaging including external box and filler must be present and undamaged 
  • Goods must be returned with all instructional documentation

If the consignment fails to meet our Returns Policy, we may refuse the goods for return or provide an alternative item. If the consignment has been fully signed for and checked upon delivery, networktesters.co.uk needs to be notified within 7 days via email or on 01403 756588.
